What is Foundayo™?
Foundayo™ (orforglipron) is a brand-new FDA-approved oral GLP-1 pill for weight loss, made by Eli Lilly. Approved April 1, 2026, it's the only GLP-1 pill you can take any time of day — no food or water restrictions required. How do I take Foundayo™?
Take one pill once daily at any time of day — with or without food, and with no water restrictions. This makes it uniquely flexible compared to other oral GLP-1 pills. Your clinician will start you at a low dose and gradually increase it over several months as tolerated.
Will I talk to a real clinician?
Yes. A board-certified clinician reviews your health information and determines whether Foundayo™ is appropriate for you. You'll continue to connect each month for your refill, and they are available anytime in between to support you.
