Does Found accept insurance?
Yes! Found partners with select medical insurance carriers across the U.S. to make our care more affordable.
What’s covered by insurance?
Cost of care will vary by plan. Health insurance plans will typically cover some or all of the following:
-Your visit with a provider
-Cost of your medications
-Labs
-Other covered services
Contact your health plan directly to determine what services are covered. The Found subscription fee is not covered by insurance.
Do I have to use my health insurance?
No. If you do not want to use your health insurance, or if Found is not in-network with your health plan, you can choose a cash-pay plan instead. Cash-pay plans are a flat monthly price with no copay or deductible involved, and care is text-based in most cases. Compounded semaglutide cash-pay plans start at $169/mo and compounded tirzepatide at $239/mo on a 12-month plan, billed per 28-day cycle with medication included.
What are the benefits of using insurance?
Using your health insurance to pay for clinical services usually lowers your total cost of care, and your plan price is lower than the equivalent cash-pay plan. Compounded semaglutide starts at $99/mo with insurance versus $169/mo cash pay on a 12-month plan; compounded tirzepatide starts at $179/mo versus $239/mo. Our cancellation policy also allows more flexibility for members paying with insurance. Note that the insurance track requires a synchronous video visit, billed through your insurance at your visit copay, typically around $30.
