IMPORTANT: These offer terms apply only to eligible new members who sign up on or after August 28, 2025. If you joined Found before this date, your original offer terms remain in effect until otherwise notified by Found.

Generics Plan (Oral Non-GLP-1s)

- Generic oral non-GLP-1 medication

Pricing – Generics Plan
(includes Rx2, Medication, & Membership)

- Includes certain oral non‑GLP‑1 generic medications when filled through a pharmacy facilitated by Found
- Labs (where applicable) and branded and/or compounded GLP-1 medications are not included
- For Insurance Price:
- Pricing reflects insurance coverage for clinical care; coverage varies.
- Copays, coinsurance, and deductibles may apply
- Not available to individuals with government insurance plans (e.g. Medicare, Medicaid, TriCare, MediCal, or similar)
Branded GLP-1 Plan

- Access to branded GLP‑1 prescriptions1 (e.g., Wegovy®, Zepbound®)
- 1:1 coaching
- App-based lifestyle tools
- Member community access
Pricing – Branded GLP-1 Plan
(includes Rx2 & Membership; Medication billed separately)
Billed every 4 weeks (28-day cycle)

Please note:
- For Insurance and Cash-Pay Price:
- Branded GLP‑1 medications may be fulfilled through pharmacy of your choice (cash-pay or via insurance) or where eligible via NovoCare or LillyDirect (cash-pay only)
- Labs (where applicable) and branded and/or compounded GLP-1 medications are not included in plan price
- For Insurance Price:
- Pricing reflects insurance coverage for clinical care; coverage varies.
- Medication cost is calculated separately and varies depending upon your insurance coverage.
- Copays, coinsurance, and deductibles may apply
- Not available to individuals with government insurance plans (e.g. Medicare, Medicaid, TriCare, MediCal, or similar)
Refund Policy
At Found, we’re committed to delivering a fair, transparent, and supportive experience. To ensure high-quality care and maintain sustainable operations, we’ve outlined the following refund policy applicable to your Subscription Plan and related Services as defined in the applicable Offer Terms. This Refund Policy is incorporated by reference into and forms part of those Offer Terms. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Offer Terms or Terms and Conditions, as applicable.
- Membership Fees: You are eligible for a full refund of your membership fee if either of the following applies:
- You cancel within three (3) days of your original purchase date, or
- You cancel before completing your first medical consultation.
After either of these events have occurred, your membership fee becomes non-refundable, regardless of whether you’ve accessed or used the Platform or any Services.
- Medications and Lab Kits: All medications and lab kits are non-refundable and non-returnable once they have been dispensed or shipped. These items include regulated medical supplies, and for safety and compliance reasons, we are unable to accept returns—even if unused. This policy helps ensure we maintain the highest standards of safety and care for all members.
- Co-Pays and Patient Responsibility Amounts: Co-pays and other patient responsibility amounts are non-refundable. These charges are determined by your insurance provider and are based on services already rendered. These charges are not part of your Found subscription and cannot be reversed once billed. Please see our Payment and Billing Consent for more information.
- Medical Disqualification: If you complete a medical consultation and are determined to be medically disqualified from all treatment options, you are eligible for a full refund of your membership fee. If you are automatically disqualified by our system before your first consultation takes place, an automatic refund will be processed. However, if you are disqualified from receiving a specific medication (e.g., preferred GLP-1) but are still eligible for other treatment options offered through Found, this does not qualify for a refund. Your care team will work with you to explore alternative medication pathways as appropriate.
- Additional Information:
- Renewal payments are non-refundable: We recommend canceling or pausing your subscription at least 48 hours before your scheduled renewal date to avoid charges.
- Initiating a chargeback may impact your eligibility to continue receiving services from Found.
- If you are experiencing issues or dissatisfaction, we encourage you to contact our Support team at [email protected]. We’re here to help and can often resolve concerns quickly.
- Any refunds issued under this policy will be refunded back to your then-current payment method listed in your Found account. Refunds may take up to thirty (30) days to process.
- We reserve the right to modify or update our Offer Terms and the corresponding Refund Policy therein at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice.
- Free Trials and Other Offers. Found may offer additional promotions or discounts related to Services from time to time. Please read the details of those offers carefully, as any additional terms presented to you during the sign-up process will form part of the Offer Terms. Unless specified in writing, all discount offers that require a payment are non-refundable. Any trial or other promotion must be used within the specified time frame of the trial or promotion. YOU MAY BE REQUIRED TO HAVE A VALID PAYMENT METHOD ON FILE AND ACCEPT THE TERMS OF AN AUTOMATICALLY RENEWING PAID SUBSCRIPTION, INCLUDING THOSE DESCRIBED IN THIS SECTION, IN ORDER TO INITIATE A PROMOTIONAL MEMBERSHIP; IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL BEFORE YOUR TRIAL OR PROMOTIONAL MEMBERSHIP PERIOD ENDS, YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE CONVERTED TO A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION AND WILL BE CHARGED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE OFFER TERMS.
