Yes, you can reschedule your appointment with your provider as long as you do so 24 hours before your appointment. To reschedule, click on your appointment link in the event on your calendar and select a new appointment time.
We have several providers available for you to speak with. Please message our support team with dates and times that work for you within the next 3-5 business days. We’ll find an available provider and set up your appointment.
You must schedule an appointment every time you’re due for a refill. A few weeks before your refill, you’ll get reminders to complete your medication refill survey and choose a date for your next Care Call.
