Actual eligibility is determined by the Medicare GLP-1 Bridge program's criteria. The $50 copay does not count toward your Part D deductible or out-of-pocket maximum, and low-income subsidies (LIS / Extra Help) do not apply. Medication cost is separate from your Found membership fee.

What does the $50 cover? Is my Found care included?
The $50/mo copay is for your medication, covered through the Bridge. Your Found care plan is separate and paid on its own — two pieces: care (your Found plan) and medication (covered through the Bridge).
What is the Medicare GLP-1 Bridge?
A short-term Medicare (CMS) program running July 1, 2026 through December 31, 2027, giving eligible Medicare Part D members access to certain weight-management GLP-1s at a $50/mo copay. It runs outside the normal Part D payment flow.
Am I eligible?
You need Medicare Part D, must be 18 or older, and must meet BMI criteria when you start GLP-1 therapy: BMI 35 or higher; BMI 30 to 34.99 with a qualifying condition (diastolic heart failure, uncontrolled hypertension, CKD stage 3a or higher, prediabetes, prior heart attack or stroke, symptomatic peripheral artery disease); or BMI 27 to 29.99 with prediabetes, prior heart attack or stroke, or symptomatic peripheral artery disease. Those with Type 2 diabetes, moderate-to-severe sleep apnea, or MASH are not eligible for the Bridge, but your Part D plan may cover your GLP-1s.

Wegovy® (injection and tablets), Zepbound® KwikPen®, and Foundayo®. Medicare may update this list over time.
What if I don't qualify for the Bridge?
You can still get care through Found, with medication as self-pay, from $99/mo for semaglutide and $179/mo for tirzepatide. Medication cost is separate from your Found membership.
