Will I get charged extra for video consultations?
No. Your price for a video consult is the same as an in-app consult.

How can I schedule a visit with a provider?

Can I reschedule a visit with a provider?
Yes, you can reschedule your appointment with your provider, as long as you do so 24 hours before your appointment time.
To reschedule, click on your appointment link in the event on your calendar, log into Healthie, and select a new appointment time.

What happens if I can’t get an appointment with a provider before I need my prescription refilled?
We have several providers available for you to speak with. Please send a message to our support team with dates and times that work for you in the next 3-5 business days. We’ll find a provider who’s available at your convenience and set up your appointment.

When can I book my first video call?
Video calls will be available starting August 28th.

How often can I schedule a video call with a provider?
You need to schedule one appointment every time you’re due for a refill. A few weeks before your next refill, you’ll get reminders to complete your medication refill survey and choose a date for your next telehealth appointment.

What if I need to connect with a provider between refills?
If you have any questions or concerns between your telehealth appointments, message your provider through the Found app or portal.

What is Healthie?
Healthie offers secure medical consultations from your phone, desktop, or tablet. You may also receive reminders and confirmations from Healthie to ensure you never forget an appointment.
