These face-to-face calls give you the same top-level care, personalized recommendations, and prescription refills.

  • Will I get charged extra for video consultations?

    No. Your price for a Care Call is the same as an asynchronous consult.

  • How can I schedule a Care Call with a provider?

    Start here to choose a date and confirm your appointment.

  • Can I reschedule a Care Call with a provider?

    Yes, you can reschedule your appointment with your provider as long as you do so 24 hours before your appointment.

    To reschedule, click on your appointment link in the event on your calendar and select a new appointment time. 

  • What happens if I can’t get an appointment with a provider before my prescription needs to be refilled?

    We have several providers available for you to speak with. Please message our support team with dates and times that work for you within the next 3-5 business days. We’ll find an available provider and set up your appointment.

  • How often can I schedule a Care Call with a provider?

    You must schedule an appointment every time you’re due for a refill. A few weeks before your refill, you’ll get reminders to complete your medication refill survey and choose a date for your next Care Call. 

  • What if I need to connect with a provider between refills?

    If you have any questions or concerns between Care Calls, message your provider through the Found app.

  • What if I don't have the app?

    You will need to download the app to schedule your Care Call. Click here to download the Found app now.
