To the extent permitted by law, subscription fees are final, non-refundable and subject to the early
termination fee unless expressly stated otherwise. Your subscription fee will not increase during the
initial program commitment period (“Original Commitment Term”). After your Original Commitment Term ends,
your subscription will automatically renew for subsequent periods of the same length as your Original
Commitment Term (each a “Renewal Term”) at the then-current subscription price (“Renewal Fee”). If you do
not wish to continue your subscription for any Renewal Term, you must cancel your subscription before the
end of your then-current term. You authorize Found to charge your default payment method any Renewal Fees
(plus applicable taxes) at the start of every Renewal Term, until your subscription is canceled. You
acknowledge that if you cancel your subscription prior to the start of the 6th month of a Renewal Term you
will be charged the then-current early termination fee. Your continued use of the Services after the Renewal
Term commences constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Renewal Fee and the then-current early
termination fee in case of early termination.
By choosing the Pay Monthly option, you are agreeing to pay $119 per month for a minimum commitment period
of 6 months. If you choose to cancel your pay monthly subscription prior to day 151 of the commitment term,
you will be charged $119 for any month or partial month in which you were enrolled in the program plus an
additional $129 early termination fee, as set forth in this table:

eligible for a partial refund for the months remaining in your 6-month commitment term, however, in addition
to the early termination fee, any month or partial month in which you were enrolled in the program will be
billed at the non-discounted price of $119 as set forth in this table:

termination fee. Depending on when you cancel you may be eligible for a partial refund for the months

How much weight can I expect to lose with Found?Found members receiving medication plus behavior change support through our program have lost up to 229% more weight, compared to people receiving the same medication in clinical studies. As a Found member, you can expect to achieve an average of 10% after one year. Research shows that even a 5% weight loss may meaningfully improve hypertension, cholesterol, cardiovascular diseases, PCOS, osteoarthritis, and other conditions.

What medications does Found prescribe, and are they FDA-approved?The Found program offers both FDA-approved anti-obesity medications, as well as “off-label” medications that are shown by clinical evidence to be highly effective and safe for helping with weight loss. “Off-label” medications are FDA-approved but for an indication other than weight loss.
When prescribed responsibly, off-label medication can help expand your range of options to ensure you get the right medication at the right dose for your unique biology. Clinicians frequently prescribe medications “off label” when a medicine has a known benefit to treat a condition. The medications that a Found-affiliated provider may prescribe (either “on-label” or “off-label”) are the same medications prescribed in premiere academic medical obesity treatment centers across the United States.
Medication prescriptions are up to a medical provider’s discretion. Found does not dictate prescribing practices or interfere with the medical judgment of our affiliated medical providers. -
Does Found require insurance?Found does not require insurance, as our most commonly prescribed medications are already included as part of the program. However, some medications, like GLP-1’s (Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro® and others), are not included as part of the program. For these medications, you may choose to pay using your insurance to avoid out-of-pocket costs.
If a Found-affiliated provider determines that the best medication for you is a GLP-1, we will work with you to navigate the insurance process. If your insurance doesn't cover the cost of a GLP-1, the provider may prescribe an appropriate prescription medication that is included as part of the program. -
What if the medication does not work?When you join Found, you’ll have multiple consultations with a board-certified medical provider at critical points to determine the safest, most effective medication for your biology and medical history. Your provider will closely monitor how you respond to the medication to ensure both the medication and dosage are the right ones for you, and they will help you make any adjustments as needed, including identifying another safe and effective option for you.

What if side effects occur?When you join Found, you’ll have multiple consultations with a medical provider at critical points to determine the safest, most effective medication for your biology and medical history. During your consultations, the provider will monitor how you respond to ensure the medication is working for you, and will make any adjustments as needed. This could include finding an alternative medication if the first medication prescribed is not the right fit for you.

Does Found treat members with certain medical conditions?Yes! When you join Found, you will complete a medical intake assessment that will capture details about your medical history. It is very important that Found-affiliated providers be aware of your complete medical history so that they can select the safest, most effective medication option for you. We highly recommend discussing all medical conditions and restrictions with Found-affiliated providers during your consultations.

What is the 6-month dedication reward?We're always striving to make our weight care program as accessible as possible as you work towards your goals. As a reward for committing to the program beyond the initial six months, we're offering a discounted renewal rate of $79 per month.

What does the set up fee cover?The $120 one-time setup fee covers the costs of your initial consult with a Found clinician, coordination with our care team, a comprehensive medical intake assessment, dedicated 1:1 coaching, and pharmacy logistics to ensure ongoing management of your prescriptions.

What’s not included?There are some costs that are not included in your subscription costs:
- Lab tests are not included in your subscription costs. You will be responsible for the costs of those tests but you may be able to get those tests covered partially or fully through your insurance.
- GLP-1 medications are not included in the cost of the plan but we will help you determine whether your insurance company will cover the medication cost. Many other medications, plus the costs of shipment, are included in the cost of the plan if you choose to fulfill your prescription through one of our pharmacy fulfillment partners. You may choose to fulfill your prescription at your local pharmacy in which case you will be responsible for paying for the medication.
