PATIENT CHOICE OF PHARMACY

You are free to obtain your prescription from any pharmacy of your choice.

Torch has a commercial relationship with a pharmacy called TruePill so that prescriptions filled by TruePill will be delivered directly to your door at no additional cost to your monthly Torch membership fee. We strongly encourage this option because it’s the most convenient and least expensive way to receive Torch medication. Most customers choose it for these reasons. Simply check the box to have your medication filled by TruePill.

You can elect to have another pharmacy of your choice fill your medication, with the understanding that:

1. You must pay for your medication yourself, on top of the monthly Torch membership fee, which will be more expensive

2. These medications may not be delivered directly to your door, which will be less convenient

3. You must email pharmacy.info@torchrx.com within 24 hours of signing up with your pharmacy of choice’s name, address, and phone number so we can tell your doctor where to send the prescription

To use your own pharmacy, which will be more expensive and less convenient, and may result in delays to your order, don’t check the box to elect to use Torch’s partner pharmacy.

In this case, if you don’t email pharmacy.info@torchrx.com within 24 hours of signing up with your pharmacy of choice’s name, address, and phone number, your doctor reserves the right to send your prescription to TruePill to avoid delays with your order.
